CrossFit Classes

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies. They are:

  • Diet: lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.
  • Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
  • Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.
  • Weightlifting and Throwing: develop the ability to control external objects and produce power.
  • Sport: applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.

What to expect?

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.

CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, cardiovascular training, and more.

All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:

  • Group Warmup
  • Daily Fitness Activity - Strength, Skill, and/or Conditioning with demonstration, instruction, and correction from a Certified Coach
  • Group Cool Down
  • High Fives all around! 

Onboarding

Kick off your CrossFit journey with On Ramp; our 5-session introductory program that creates a solid foundation for you to enter group classes with a basic understanding of our movement and exercise philosophies.

During On Ramp, you will:

  • Meet your fellow gym members
  • Learn how to properly perform our most commonly used movements in a safe and effective manner
  • Receive individualized coaching and movement modifications specific to your needs
  • Get a crash course to the language, acronyms and terminology of CrossFit
  • Learn about the training apps
  • Understand the expectations and culture of the gym

    After completing your 4th individual session, you are ready to join a group class for your 5th session where you will be partnered with a gym buddy. You will experience the group class in a safe and beginner friendly environment. Once completed, you will have graduated to your CrossFit journey.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
