What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness training methodology that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements. It’s designed to improve overall fitness by building strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and agility—all in one program. Workouts are constantly varied, meaning no two days are the same, and they typically include movements like squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, running, rowing, and more.

The goal of CrossFit is to prepare you for real-life physical challenges, not just gym performance. It’s scalable for all fitness levels and ages, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, workouts can be adjusted to meet your needs. What truly sets CrossFit apart, though, is the community. You’re not just working out—you’re training alongside others who encourage, support, and push you to be your best.

Onboarding

Kick off your CrossFit journey with On Ramp; our 5-session introductory program that creates a solid foundation for you to enter group classes with a basic understanding of our movement and exercise philosophies.

During On Ramp, you will:

  • Meet your fellow gym members
  • Learn how to properly perform our most commonly used movements in a safe and effective manner
  • Receive individualized coaching and movement modifications specific to your needs
  • Get a crash course to the language, acronyms and terminology of CrossFit
  • Learn about the training apps
  • Understand the expectations and culture of the gym

    After completing your 4th individual session, you are ready to join a group class for your 5th session where you will be partnered with a gym buddy. You will experience the group class in a safe and beginner friendly environment. Once completed, you will have graduated from On Ramp and are ready to officially begin your CrossFit journey!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
